On behalf of the Organizing Committee and INHAFLOW (INHA Floating Offshore Wind Research Center) it is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 3rd Asia-Pacific Conference on Offshore Wind Technology (APCOW2026), to be held in December 13?16, 2026.

The Asia-Pacific region stands at the forefront of the global offshore wind revolution. With rapidly expanding installed capacity, ambitious national targets, and a growing ecosystem of research, industry, and policy innovation, the region is defining the future of clean energy. APCOW 2026 brings together world-leading researchers, engineers, industry professionals, and policymakers to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and accelerate the advancement of offshore wind technology.

This conference will serve as a dynamic platform to present cutting-edge research, exchange innovative ideas, and discuss the most pressing technical and engineering challenges in offshore wind ? from foundation design to grid integration, environmental assessment, and beyond.
